Although JumpLaunch was recently awarded the Best New Hosting Company and Best Customer Support by the some of the leading hosting review companies they are not that new. However, in 2008 they really took off as one of the fastest growing web hosting companies.

In May 2008, they partnered with Commission Junction, one of the top affiliate marketing databases, in an effort to boost their sales and make their name even more known over the net, offering one of the top payouts to their affiliates ($100 per sale!). Usually that sends a positive message about any company including JumpLaunch!

Their basic plan starts at $4.95/month for web hosting service at the time of this post. The offer is promotional and is subject to change. They also offer unlimited domain names hosting on one account, an offer that more and more web hosting companies are ready to embrace.

I don't have a personal experience with JumpLaunch, but some web hosting review sites seem to like them, so if I would look for cheap web hosting I would give JumpLaunch a quick try.
